We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with strong Drupal expertise for an exciting onsite contract opportunity in Washington, DC!

Position Overview📍 Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
💼 Work Status: US Citizen / Green Card Holder
⌛ Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Drupal-based websites and enterprise platforms.
- Custom module and theme development, content types, taxonomies, and views.
- Perform Drupal core/contributed module updates, security patches, and version migrations (Drupal 7 to 10/11).
- Integrate Drupal sites with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Frontend: Semantic HTML5, CSS Grid/Flexbox, BEM methodology, SASS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6 ).
- Drupal Mastery: Site Administration, Configuration Management (Config Split, Config Ignore), Twig, Views, and Media Library.
- Security & Compliance: XSS/SQL injection prevention, input sanitization, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- DevOps & Tooling: Git, Drush, Composer, and local development environments (Lando/DDEV).
Note: Position requires passing an extensive local/national criminal background check.
