About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect II to join a collaborative architectural production team supporting healthcare, institutional, and commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architectural professional who is ready to take on increasing technical responsibility while working closely with senior architects, project managers, consultants, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
The Architect II will contribute across multiple phases of project delivery, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
Key Responsibilities• Develop architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical details across multiple project phases.
• Participate in SD, DD, CD, and CA activities.
• Perform IBC, ADA/ABA, zoning, occupancy, and life-safety code research.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and BIM models with consultants and engineering disciplines.
• Participate in design meetings, coordination sessions, and project site visits.
• Assist with specifications, material selections, and product research.
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, field observations, and construction issue tracking.
• Help guide Architect I team members with drafting standards, production workflows, and coordination tasks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with applicable codes and project standards.
Qualifications✅ B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program required
✅ 5–7 years of professional architectural experience
✅ Experience with SD, DD, CD, and CA project phases
✅ Revit proficiency required
✅ AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of IBC, accessibility standards, building codes, and architectural detailing
✅ Healthcare, institutional, or commercial project experience preferred
✅ Strong coordination, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
✅ Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
