Superintendent II – Commercial Construction
Location: Reno, NV | On-Site
Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive Bonus
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent II to lead daily field operations for commercial and/or multifamily construction projects in Reno, Nevada.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily jobsite operations and subcontractors.
- Manage schedules, sequencing, manpower, materials, and site logistics.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and coordination meetings.
- Resolve field issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
- Manage punch lists, inspections, and project closeout.
- Maintain daily reports, safety records, and project documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of construction field experience.
- 3 years supervising field operations.
- Commercial or multifamily construction experience required.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 preferred or ability to obtain.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, scheduling, and QA/QC is a plus.
- Construction Management/Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
