Responsibilities:
·Administer SharePoint Online site collections, including site creation, management, permissions configuration, and customization
· Design, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps to automate business processes and enhance user productivity
· Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand agency capabilities and streamline operations using Microsoft 365
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly applications
· Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications
Skills Matrix:
· 3-5 years of experience in developing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform environments. Required 3 Years
· Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AD. Required 3 Years
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audience. Required 3 Years
· Experience in administration and development of reports on Power BI. Required 3 Years
· Experience designing and implementing Power Automate flows. Required 2 Years
· A high attention to detail, self-starter, results driven, and ability to follow through on details is essential. Required 2 Years
· Administer and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and associated permissions. Required 2 Years
· Bachelors’ degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Nice to have 7 Years
