Position Overview
Seeking a highly organized and creative Business Development & Marketing Coordinator with 3–6 years of AEC industry experience. The ideal candidate will support business development initiatives, proposal coordination, marketing efforts, CRM management, and brand visibility within a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials
- Track opportunities and maintain CRM systems
- Support business development and pursuit activities
- Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate meetings, events, and industry conferences
- Maintain proposal content libraries and marketing materials
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on pursuit strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in AEC marketing, business development, or proposal coordination
- Experience preparing AEC proposals and pursuit materials
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with Deltek Ajera, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or digital marketing tools preferred
