Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, evaluation systems, training workflows, and AI development environments.
- Lead AI projects from idea discovery to prototype, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand workflows and transform them into AI-powered products.
- Create reusable AI tools, frameworks, and automation systems.
Requirements
- Experience in applied ML, AI systems, reinforcement learning, or product engineering.
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, evaluation methods, training, and quality measurement.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C , TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience building and shipping real AI products or technical systems.
- Ability to identify high-value AI use cases and develop practical solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivered projects.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise AI products, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, or post-training systems.
- Background in reinforcement learning, applied ML, model alignment, or AI workflow automation.
- Experience working across customers, engineering teams, and product teams.
Salary : $140,000 - $300,000
