Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians during endoscopic procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and maintaining the integrity of our medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up endoscopic equipment and instruments prior to procedures.
- Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, including but not limited to gastroscopies, colonoscopies, and sigmoidoscopies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate support and care throughout procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the endoscopy suite, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Handle and dispose of biohazardous materials safely and according to regulatory guidelines.
- Document patient information, procedure details, and equipment maintenance records accurately.
Requirements:
