PERITONEAL DIALYSIS - HOME
This is a Peritoneal Dialysis Home Training Nurse position.
The candidate selected MUST be experienced in Peritoneal Dialysis in an outpatient setting, specifically within a patient's home itself.
They will need to be willing to travel to patient's homes to train them on PD treatments there. The candidate selected must hold this experience to be considered for this position!!
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THOSE WITH PD EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN ACUTE SETTING ONLY!
The travel time to a patient's home with this assignment varies greatly dependent on patient need but once weekly for 2 hours is a reasonable projection with at-home visits. The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidate must remain available 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, and pick up additional shifts if needed to maintain their weekly guarantee. No on-call required. No evening, weekend, or holiday shifts required. Sister facility will need occasional assistance - Mystic River, #11729: 712 Fellsway, Medford, MA 02155.
