Job Details:
Job Location: Danville, Portola Valley, Oakland, and Palo Alto, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks with possibility to extend
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Setting: Adult rehab
Position Type: Local or Travel
Pay Rate: $30-$37 per hour
In this role, you will:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to adult patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on daily living skills, mobility, safety, and functional independence
- Work closely with the rehab team to support strong patient outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising therapist and care team
- Help patients improve function and overall quality of life
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active California COTA license
- Adult rehab, SNF, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
