Job Description
Currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our school age location in Brooklyn.
School:
Brooklyn Blue Feather Elementary- 2335 Gerritsen Ave. Brooklyn NY 11229
Position Requirements:
- Masters in Special Education, Social Work or related Human Services field. BCBA Certification required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing and/or supervising ABA service programs and staff.

Role Description:
- Full Time | Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00 A.M-4:00 P.M
- Supervise development and implementation of ABA services in agency's programs to ensure overall quality and consistency in service provision.
- Establish consistent data collection systems, to use for measuring, analyzing and creating reports on academic, social and behavioral performance.
- Participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning and parent clinics, whenever needed.
- Proven ability to provide expert supervision to staff on an individual or group level, based on ongoing and current knowledge of theory, research and best practices in the field of developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
- Must be willing to travel to school sites on a regular basis.

Salary: $87,409-$90,640 (Annual)
