Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where your expertise will keep buildings comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across industrial properties. Your mechanical knowledge and field service experience will be essential as you work on complex equipment such as air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and related mechanical components. Duties
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, refrigeration units, etc.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and component inspections to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records, including shift reports, incident logs, and maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on HVAC/R projects involving refrigeration systems or complex mechanical setups.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while providing excellent customer service during field visits.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
