HVAC/Refrigeration Technician
- AHR Mechanical Inc is looking for a motivated HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to add to our team. Duties of the refrigeration technician include but not limited to diagnosis, repair and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment. The ideal candidate should have sharp diagnosis skills, good attention to detail, good organizational skills and must be a team player. If you have previous experience in service and install of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis Walk-in / Reach-in: coolers and freezers
- Diagnosis commercial Prep tables
- Performing maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Provide service of exhaust hoods and make up air
- Chiller experience is a plus
- Provide service & install of roof top package units
- Provide service of commercial splits systems
- Sheet Metal install experience is a plus
- And other duties as requested
Requirements:
- 3 years of HVAC/R experience
- Must be Drug-Free
- Sheetmetal Experience is a plus
- Must be a team player
- You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required
- You must have a clean, valid NYS Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
- Must be EPA certified
- Physically able to climb ladder and not afraid of heights
