Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the corporate office is prepared and operational for daily occupancy
- Address general building maintenance issues, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic repairs
- Assemble, move, and dismantle office furniture and cubicles; assist with remodels by reading and following blueprints
- Support maintenance of building systems, including security, fire suppression, irrigation, elevators, generators, and UPS systems
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and assist with routine inspections
- Maintain off-site storage facilities and accurate inventory of equipment and supplies
- Set up and tear down for company events throughout the year
- Provide backup support in the mailroom as needed
- Perform daily inspections to ensure building safety and security
- Complete additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or related experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks, including lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to drive a mail truck
