Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document system requirements and user stories.
- Support creation of diagrams and specifications.
- Participate in walkthroughs and testing support activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand system behavior.
- May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- 3 years in systems analysis or related tech focused analytical work.
- Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.
- Exposure to system modeling or testing practices.
