Our Indirect sourcing team isn't just about procurement-it's about unlocking business value through strategic partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and forward-thinking sourcing practices. We're a high-performing team that blends deep sourcing expertise with cutting-edge market intelligence to drive sustainable results across our $5B sourcing landscape.
Work with your assigned category team to identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist with sourcing, vendor negotiation and vendor relationship and performance management. Take partial responsibility for reducing the cost of acquired goods and services that are Not-For Resale. Support follow processes, procedures and policies for the handling of Not For Resale purchasing organization wide in support of stakeholder categories.
Qualifications:
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20

- Working towards a degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
- Experience working in a collaborative group setting
- Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively
- Knowledge of MS Power BI (Preferred)
