This role reports to the vendor governance manager, and works directly with stakeholders across category management, sourcing, supply chain, and finance to drive continuous improvement for the business.

This role is the Designated Qualified Individual for the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP); this responsibility ensures that our organization is governing vendor records and ensuring compliance with FDA requirements around FSVP importer of record are followed and mitigate risk.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD

Essential job functions:
- Coordination and support expectations of this role include the ability to communicate cross functionally with internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
- Support the execution of managing cost change intake process on behalf of sourcing teams. Understanding of the source, purpose and communication to multiple stakeholders.
- Provide expertise to the organization with regards to Microsoft Flow and SharePoint capabilities required to effectively manage the cost change intake process
- Support, develop and build impact analysis for Sourcing and Category Managers.
- Support and execute ad hoc requests, analysis, mapping systems and improving user experience.
- Responsible for working with internal stakeholders with VMDM and vendor setup, ensuring that foreign suppliers meet the appropriate guidelines for FSVP importer
- Collaborates with third party compliance support & invoice management for FSVP
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications:
- This role will be required to become certified as designated qualified individual for the organization for FSVP.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of tools, with advanced capabilities in Excel.
- Understanding of ADUSA brand's go-to-market strategies.
- Solid business acumen.
Skills:
- Strong research & presentation skills (both developing & delivering)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated strength in communication skills.
- Delegation & Project Management
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years of related experience in Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, Vendor Management or similar
- 5 years of related experience preferred
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Previous leadership experience preferred
