What You'll Do
- Process and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Enter prescription data and resolve insurance claims
- Communicate with patients, prescribers, and healthcare offices
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and medication organization
- Help maintain workflow and keep the pharmacy operating efficiently
- Support pharmacists with daily operations
- Learn operational and leadership responsibilities
- Assist in training new team members as you grow into the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Experience with Micromerchant systems (PrimeRX)
- PTCB Certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
