Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney position located in Des Moines, IA. The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, and offer proactive solutions to clients. The attorney will collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal advice tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in providing Legal Advice and offering practical solutions
- Proficiency in Legal Research and analyzing complex legal matters
- Skilled in Negotiation and client advocacy within legal parameters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, strategic client relationships
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Iowa State Bar, or eligibility for admission upon hire
