Position Summary


The Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our warehouse by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer and retail orders for shipment while maintaining AHLEM's high standards for quality and organization. This role also supports returns processing, quality control, and inventory organization to ensure every customer and retail location receives products that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.

As part of your development, you will receive hands-on training in the inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair of luxury acetate eyewear. Previous repair experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities


  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare wholesale, retail, and eCommerce orders for shipment.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
  • Receive, inspect, and process all customer and retail returns.
  • Perform retail recall inspections to verify product quality and inventory accuracy.
  • Tag, organize, and restock returned merchandise into inventory.
  • Process inventory transactions accurately using NetSuite.
  • Assist with inventory organization, replenishment, cycle counts, and warehouse maintenance.
  • Learn to inspect, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair luxury acetate eyewear through company-provided training.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and repair workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and continuous improvement.


Qualifications


Required


  • Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.


Preferred


  • Experience using NetSuite.
  • Experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns processing.
  • Experience performing quality control inspections.
  • Previous repair experience is preferred but not required. Hands-on training will be provided in the inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair of luxury acetate eyewear.
