Ahlborn Equipment, Inc. is seeking a reliable, personable individual to work as an Executive Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one or more years of experience working in a similar capacity, and will be responsible for preparing payments and reviewing key accounting information to ensure accuracy and compliance with governmental regulations. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate in person and via phone and email with vendors, customers and co-workers.
- Answer inquiries via computer or phone.
- Monitor vendor performance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts.
- Maintain a detailed work log and communicate necessary information to supervisors.
Skilles Requied:
- A vast knoweldge of Quick Books is a must as well as Excel.
- Applicants must possess good problem solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
