AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals!
We seek deeply compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Compensation:
- $17.50 - $19.00/hour depending on driving status and location hired for
Hours of Position:
- Full-time/Part-time
- Awake overnight shift, 11 pm – 7 am
Location:
- Duluth, MN 55803
- We are hiring Overnight DSPs for program(s) located on the outskirts of Duluth
Typical Job Duties:
Although clients are typically asleep during the overnight hours, typical job duties include:
- Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers
- Medication administration, documentation
- Work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Administer basic first aid as needed
- Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
- Every other weekend availability required
