What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Supervisor-Marshall ISD position at AHI Facility Services, Inc?
Job Summary
The role of the cleaners supervisor is to lead/manage the cleaning crew. Supervise all daily operations of the staff and to perform the cleaning duties in the absence. The supervisor will assure efficient operations meets the client needs.
Responsibilities
Supervise employees and help delegate operations schedule to ensure proper work area coverage.
Train New Employees.
Coordinates regular and substitute cleaning crew coverage.
Able to Performs special projects as assigned.
Performs the duties of the cleaners in their absence.
Set up and break down tables and chairs for events.
Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies and regulations.
Must pay close attention to details.
Able to operate and train in the use of Pallet Jacks.
Bilingual English/Spanish -Must
