About Us AHG Security Services is a licensed New York State security guard agency seeking a driven and confident Security Contracts Closer to help expand our client base. We provide professional security guard services for residential, commercial, and institutional properties — and we’re looking for a natural closer who can bring in new accounts and represent our company with professionalism and polish. This is not a call-center or remote sales role. You’ll be meeting potential clients face-to-face, building trust, and closing service agreements throughout New York State.
Compensation
Pay Range: $16.00 – $75.00 per hour (Commission Performance-Based Salary)
This pay range is provided in accordance with New York State pay transparency requirements. The actual amount earned in this position depends entirely on performance and the number of billable hours you bring into the company.
This position does not include a guaranteed base salary — earnings begin when new accounts are closed.
Pay is structured as follows:
- Bonuses per account closed:
- 0–39 total billable hours/week = $600
- 40–80 total billable hours/week = $1,200
- 81 total billable hours/week = $1,800
Additional salary: $1.56 per billable hour, paid weekly
(Example: 40 total billable hours = $62.40/week; 320 total billable hours = $499.20/week)
All payments are tied to closed and billable accounts, meaning that applicants seeking guaranteed hourly wages should not apply. This is a performance-driven sales role for motivated individuals who want to build income by growing the company.

Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and contact potential clients across New York State
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers
- Perform cold walk-ins to introduce the company and build rapport
- Close new contracts and assist in onboarding new accounts
- Represent AHG Security Services with a professional image at all times
- Provide feedback to help streamline the company’s growing online quote and payment system
Requirements
- Proven B2B or field sales experience (security, facilities, or services preferred)
- Excellent communication, networking, and closing skills
- Professional appearance (suit or business professional attire required)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within New York State
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-driven
