Join our fast-paced, compassionate team at a Substance Use Disorder treatment center offering detox and residential care. What You’ll Do:

You’ll be called on to show up fully present and respond with grounded, in-the-moment interventions, such as:

• Teaching box breathing during acute anxiety
• Holding space for emotional expression without judgment
• Redirecting clients during trauma narratives
• Offering simple reframing and grounding techniques
• Using mindfulness cues (like 5-4-3-2-1)
• Applying MI-style reflections and curiosity
• Knowing your limits and asking for support when needed

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold an active LMHCA license in Washington State
• Have experience in counseling, SUD treatment, or hold an SUDP-T certification (preferred)
• Are confident working independently in a high-intensity, ever-changing environment
• Have strong skills in emotional regulation, crisis response, and boundary setting
• Practice trauma-informed, culturally competent care
• Are especially attuned to the needs of Veterans and Native/Tribal communities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
