What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Chef position at ROYAL WA SUMNER LLC?
We are a nationally recognized substance abuse treatment company with facilities in Arizona and Washington. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a cook at our Sumner, WA location.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Manages food production for client and staff
- Assures that food quality standards and pre-determined costs are attained on all meal preparation.
- Prepare meals according to established guidelines and under the supervision of the Executive Chef.
- Maintain the cleanliness and protocol of a commercial kitchen.
- Sets-up plating line for serving.
- Performs other special duties as requested by the Executive Chef.
Qualifications:
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Food Safe certificate required
- Minimum of a food certificate from an accredited Culinary Institute preferred
