The Assembly Lead Technician will provide guidance, instruction, direction, coordination and leadership to assembly technicians for the purpose of achieving departmental goals.
\n- Follow visual and written instructions provided.
- Conduct basic math calculations.
- Perform visual quality inspections.
- Train and guide new and existing team members.
- Record any non-conformances and follow through with potential resolutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Achieve departmental work goals.
- Maintain build schedules to maximize floor utilization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Work well with others and demonstrate a great work ethic.
- Can work and train in all subsequent Assembly Work Centers.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Must be able to work additional hours and weekends when required.
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
