Heat Seal Press Operator 1

JOB SUMMARY:

The Heat Seal Press Operator level 1 is responsible for transferring heat applied decorations to product while maintaining a high level of quality and production.

COMPENSATION: The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
  
  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and exceed production standards
• Meet and exceed quality standards
• Verifying products and components are correct for order
• Prepare products for production
• Prepare heat press for production
• Ensure excellent quality for decorations/products produced

• Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
  
  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move around the facility
• Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch
• Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to touch, handle, pinch, or grasp
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Exposure to moderate noise level
  
  

VISION REQUIREMENT:

• Close vision
• Color vision
• Ability to adjust focus
  
  

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

• Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
  
  

SCHEDULE:

• 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required
