Heat Seal Press Operator 1 (2nd Shift)

JOB SUMMARY: The Heat Seal Press Operator level 1 is responsible for

transferring heat applied decorations to product while maintaining a

high level of quality and production. SCHEDULE: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Monday - Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required.

COMPENSATION: The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: - None DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Meet and

exceed production standards. - Meet and exceed quality standards. -

Verifying products and components are correct for order. - Prepare

products for production. - Prepare heat press for production. - Ensure

Excellent Quality For Decorations/products Produced. REQUIRED

SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Ability to read instructions in English. - Possess a

positive attitude. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to solve

problems. - Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced

environment. - Must possess initiative, energy, and drive. - Excellent

organizational skills. - Ability to perform quality control. - Ability

to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management. -

Additional duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - High school

Diploma Or GED. - Manufacturing Experience Preferred. PHYSICAL

DEMANDS: - Ability to stand for extended periods of time. - Ability to

move around the facility. - Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch. -

Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to touch, handle, pinch, or

grasp. - Ability to lift 50 pounds. - Ability to wear Personal

Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Exposure to

moderate noise level. VISION REQUIREMENT: - Close vision - Color

vision - Ability to adjust focus. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: -

Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
