Ahead ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Silver Spring and nearby parts of Montgomery County.

We are a caring, in home ABA team. We want you to do great clinical work without burnout.

What we offer:

  • $90 to $100 an hour
  • A flexible schedule you help set
  • Hybrid work, with remote time for parent training, treatment plans, and notes
  • Strong RBT support, so you can focus on your clients
  • A small, friendly team that listens


What you will do:

  • Run assessments and write treatment plans
  • Supervise and coach RBTs
  • Train parents and caregivers
  • Track progress and update goals


What you need:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Maryland Behavior Analyst license, or able to get one
  • A heart for kids and families
