We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: 1 person
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: 1 person
Job Description:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that their experience is smooth, enjoyable, and professional. Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing reservations, providing hotel information, handling customer inquiries, and addressing guest concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle reservations and assist guests with any requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Salary : $20 - $22
