Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, carrier coordination, and freight cost optimization for both inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
- Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize and help improve warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, customer service, and suppliers, to align supply chain activities with business needs, resolve delivery issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze logistics and warehouse performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment efficiency) to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation safety standards for global shipments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or customer service.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, are required.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or logistics software is preferred. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl, or 1Ship is a plus.
- Basic understanding of international logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation (air, ocean, and ground) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and transportation partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM are a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
