Job Summary

Ahava Therapy Services, a leading provider of Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Jackson, TN. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and strategies
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions in a clinical setting under the supervision of an occupational therapist
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with the treatment team
• Participate in staff development and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
• Experience: 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Certification: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification required
