Ahava Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and support IT and business projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and compliance-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects across the full lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Prepare key project documentation (entrance criteria, project plans, status reports, and closure documents)
- Coordinate project meetings and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Drive project success through effective leadership and team collaboration
- Manage change requests and ensure proper change management processes
- Track performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP preferred)
- Experience managing Salesforce projects or working within Salesforce environments
- Experience working with Compliance Offices, Title IX programs, or regulatory/government environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability in risk management, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of K12 or higher education Student Information system, Compliance management
- Understanding of Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and DevOps concepts
- Experience with budget management and cost tracking
- Ability to manage pressure, resolve conflicts, and adapt to change
