RN Position Summary
As a RN at Wexford House, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
- Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
- Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
- Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
