Four Oaks Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide respiratory care services to our residents while collaborating with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Respiratory Therapist Position Summary

As the Respiratory Therapist at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and services according to physician orders and resident care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ respiratory status
• Administer respiratory treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with nursing staff and providers regarding changes in residents’ conditions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all regulatory and safety guidelines
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and team members as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications
  
  
  

Respiratory Therapist Requirements

• Current Respiratory Therapist license/certification required
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
