Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis, TN, for a Quotes Specialist / Parts Coordinator. Responsibilities include preparing accurate quotes for parts, coordinating with vendors for pricing, placing orders for necessary parts, and managing inventory control. The role also entails providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Parts Ordering
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Memphis, TN
- Prior experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or a related field is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and ordering software, are preferred
5- 10 plus years experience preferred
On call - rotation
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
