Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high quality service and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff including servers, cooks, and managers.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to minimize waste while maximizing profit.
• Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Analyze financial reports to make informed decisions for improving profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and communication among staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, finance, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers alike.
• Understanding of marketing and promotions, especially in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
