Responsibilities
- Remove food from trays
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment and floors
- Taking out the trash and keeping waste areas organized
- Restocking supplies
- Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assisting cooks by bringing in ingredients, equipment and prep as needed
- Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
- Hard worker with a strong work ethic
