We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You’ll work closely with the management team to oversee staff, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising team members, assisting with scheduling, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor staff and contribute to creating a positive, team-oriented workplace.

We’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
