Microsoft Systems & IT Support Specialist (Training & Events)
Introduction
This position involves providing desktop and end-user support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications. The role also includes conducting training sessions on Microsoft tools and enterprise applications for internal teams, supporting IT setup and execution for corporate events, meetings, and conferences, and delivering white-glove executive (VIP) IT support with high responsiveness and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications
- Conduct training sessions on Microsoft tools and enterprise applications for internal teams
- Support IT setup and execution for corporate events, meetings, and conferences
- Deliver white-glove executive (VIP) IT support with high responsiveness and professionalism
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations in Microsoft environments
- Assist in deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of systems and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and user experience
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
- Windows 10/11 Administration
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Experience in desktop support / helpdesk environment
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and user onboarding sessions
- Experience supporting corporate events / AV setups / conferencing tools
- Familiarity with network basics (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to support executive-level stakeholders with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals)
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance
- Experience in hybrid or cloud environments
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
