Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid; will transition to onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent across a variety of roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and onboarding—while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs based on attrition, growth, and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to maintain adequate candidate pipelines
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for high-volume and diverse roles
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and evaluate candidates for role and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding
- Provide market insights and labor trends to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, hiring standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support onboarding processes to ensure timely candidate start dates
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Staffing agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions across multiple job types
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare recruiting experience
- RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition (HCI, NAHCR, RACR) or HR (SHRM)
