Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused AI Implementation Lead to drive the rollout of artificial intelligence systems across our manufacturing and business operations. This role will lead the planning, development, and deployment of practical AI solutions, including machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), anomaly detection systems, and robotic process automation (RPA). The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities· Lead end-to-end implementation of AI projects across the following focus areas:
- Manufacturing efficiency optimization using data models and predictive analytics
- LLM-based tools to access operating manuals, work instructions, and technical reports
- Machine anomaly detection and alerting for equipment health monitoring
- RPA tools to automate repetitive clerical or computer-based tasks
· Translate business needs into AI use cases and solution requirements
· Design and validate AI workflows, models, and system architectures
· Coordinate internal and external resources, including data engineers, software vendors, and plant personnel
· Manage project timelines, proof-of-concept (POC) trials, and production rollout
· Monitor model performance and ensure ongoing value delivery from implemented systems
· Provide training, documentation, and support to end users
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred
· 3 years of experience delivering AI/ML or industrial automation projects
· Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and ML frameworks
· Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLC data, historian databases)
· Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
