The Role: As a Resolution Specialist Level I, you will investigate all auto lines claims by competently evaluating, disposing, and settling claims with moderate supervision. You will examine investigations, determine, and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages, and settle within the proper reserves. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating and process insurance claims filed by policyholders, claimants, and other parties.
- Maintaining a diary on all claims keeping clear and concise file notes that are up to date.
- Speaking with claimants, insureds and any other witnesses to the accident.
- Verifying coverage for the insured.
- Examining pictures and estimates when received and documenting damages.
- Communicate with various parties to the claim pertaining to procedures of completing the claim in a clear and consistent manner and documents conversation accordingly.
- Issuing payments as needed to policyholder, claimants or vendors and providing support materials to the individual justifying payment.
- Complete the Total loss process with little to no supervision.
- Other projects and duties, as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Possess and maintain a TX All Lines Adjuster License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a Property Damage claims adjuster, Bodily Injury experience a plus
- Excellent customer service with the ability to manage difficult interactions calmly and professionally (de-escalation) while prioritizing customer experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships and collaborate well.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in every customer interaction.
- Ability to adapt, be flexible, and be responsive in a fast-paced nature with changing priorities and business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations within the states which Ag Workers is licensed.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
