Duties
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction on massage techniques, anatomy, and industry standards, ensuring clarity and student understanding
- Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry requirements
- Demonstrate various massage modalities
- Provide hands-on supervision and feedback during practical sessions to enhance student skill development
- Assess student progress through evaluations, practical exams, and ongoing feedback to support their growth
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, discussion, and active participation
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy and aesthetic treatments
- Proven experience in teaching or training adults in a classroom or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of massage modalities
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
Requirements
✅ Active Florida Massage License
✅ Minimum 2 years of barbering experience massage therapy
✅ Teaching experience preferred
✅ Intermediate English proficiency (required); bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
