Overview
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for sales and student success? Do you excel in technology-driven environments and enjoy developing best practices for enrollment processes? If so, we are looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the enrollment team to drive student admissions and meet enrollment goals.
- Develop sales and enrollment strategies to attract and retain students.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, partners, and community organizations.
- Ensure a seamless admissions process, improving efficiency and student experience.
- Utilize technology and AI tools (ChatGPT, CRM systems, etc.) to streamline operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and communications.
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth and implement best practices in admissions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in admissions, education, or a related field.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and support a team.
- Strong technology skills and comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT for communication and automation.
- High level of organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or higher preferred (relevant experience considered).
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to improve enrollment processes.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management is a plus.
