We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Kanban Manager to join our technology team in Alpharetta, GA. This hybrid role will support multiple Agile delivery teams, focusing on driving agile maturity, team performance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage 4 5 Scrum/Kanban teams spanning multiple functional departments
Build and motivate teams to achieve sprint/project goals and deliverables
Drive agile practices in alignment with company-wide agile adoption strategy
Proactively identify and remove impediments and risks; escalate as needed
Develop and report on project metrics, milestones, and success criteria
Lead operational execution/delivery for infrastructure initiatives
Facilitate ceremonies Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Stand-Ups
Foster a culture of servant leadership
Must Have:
5 years experience as a Scrum Master/Kanban Manager, preferably in infrastructure teams
Broad-based Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; coaching and influencing teams
Applied project leadership
Strong analytical skills; excellent communication in both technical and non-technical settings
Foundational orientation towards servant-leader change management
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar
Nice to Have:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP
Experience with CI/CD, web/internet security, or configuration management (e.g., puppet, Git)
Previous experience in stakeholder management
Salary : $80 - $90
