- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of other people.
- Calm demeanor to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Comprehension and organization to follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools, such as knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and accountability and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others each team member contributes to the restaurant’s success.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs without assistance.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant/retail/hospitality is an asset.
