A growing construction equipment company based in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to develop the U.S. market for floor grinding and surface preparation equipment. The company primarily serves contractors, construction companies, and floor service providers across the industry.
This position focuses on building dealer/distributor networks and commercial customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer / distributor networks in the construction and flooring equipment market
- Identify and grow commercial customers such as contractors, construction companies, and floor service providers
- Promote and sell floor grinding and surface preparation equipment
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and support customers with product knowledge
- Build long-term relationships with dealers and commercial clients to drive revenue growth
Preferred Background
- Sales experience in construction equipment, flooring equipment, power tools, or industrial equipment
- Experience working with contractors, construction companies, or equipment distributors
- Comfortable performing equipment demos and basic machine operation
- Candidates with sales experience related to Husqvarna, SASE, Lavina, or CPS floor grinding equipment are highly preferred
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Performance-based incentive structure
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
