Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Window Installer role based in Fort Myers, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing windows and doors in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Daily tasks include measuring and preparing installation areas, removing old fixtures, securely fitting new installations, and performing any necessary finishing work. The role also involves maintaining tools and materials, adhering to project timelines, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of window installation, door installation, and general carpentry skills
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment required for installation
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and fitting materials precisely
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures on construction sites
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Capability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction or carpentry is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in windows and doors, is highly desirable
