Under the direction of the CSR Team Lead and Location Leader, you will travel to various AgState locations to complete various administrative functions and will be responsible for establishing professional customer relationships.

You will:
- Serve customers and peers by:
- Traveling to AgState locations to provide support and coverage for other Customer Service Representatives in both grain and agronomy operations.
- Weighing incoming and outgoing loads at the scale; recording grades, entering scale tickets, and filing tickets accurately.
- Ensuring settlements comply with all state requirements and verifying that no liens or government holds exist.
- Responding to customer inquiries—both at the counter and over the phone—regarding statements, sales, bids, grain contracting, grain offers, and options.
- Collecting and entering customer cash receipts.
- Managing inbound grain and ingredient shipments, including coordination of delivery numbers, daily input of scale tickets, and verification of accuracy.
- Managing data transfer within the on-scale interface system.
- Preparing and printing product invoices, including feed, agronomy, and miscellaneous sales products.
- Invoicing outgoing grain and preparing/inputting grain transfers.
- Reviewing daily scale ticket printouts, grain advance listings, and 30-day list reports; reconciling differences, preparing corrections, and notifying appropriate branch locations.
- Managing deferred payment contracts for assigned locations
- Provide agronomy customer and operational support by:
- Assisting with agronomy bookings, prepays, and blend sheet entry.
- Preparing, printing, and filing agronomy sales tickets and work orders.
- Coordinating product delivery schedules with agronomy and operations teams.
- Supporting inventory accuracy through product tracking, reconciliation, and recordkeeping.
- Assisting with customer inquiries related to agronomy invoices, pricing, and product availability.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- The home base for this position is our Holstein location. This role includes regular travel, with two days each week dedicated to providing coverage at our Sutherland location. On other days, the employee will support operations at various AgState locations as needed.
